Roasted Pho Spice 100g

The memory of my mum making pho is one of my fondest. Her pho will always fill the house with the most fragrant aroma that I could smell before walking through the door.

Each pouch contains our family's special blend of spices - roasted to perfection. Enjoy this memory with us and cook up  your own.

Simply put all the spices in the provided bag and add it to your stock pot. This 100g pack is suitable for 7L stock pots.

Ingredients: Star anise, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds, cloves, fennel seeds, black cardamon and licorice root.

May contain traces of nuts.
